My role as an Account Manager means that I provide a wide range of services to all sorts of different customer requirements. So my skill sets are very diverse with the ability to quote on all levels of power and gas, and supporting value added services. My own area of interest is with helping customers find a better deal be this a financial saving or helping them select a product that has the right supply conditions to best suit their needs. I understand how complex the market must seem to my customers and i try my best to explain what everything means and if it will effect them and their business needs. I am also an expert with our online quoting tool which allows customers to self service their own quoting needs, but on occasions as with any thing new they get stuck and i am always happy to help them out and generate an online quote for them.
