Site Survey On Water
Onsite Water Audit Service
Having initially carried out a free water invoice audit, it may be necessary to confirm our initial desktop survey with hard evidence. We will arrange for a free site survey to confirm our initial desktop investigations in preparation for a more detailed analysis. Or you may already have a requirement for an on or off site water site survey.
Experienced water leakage surveyors conduct a water audit at each of your sites, highest priority first. This is an unobtrusive exercise that locates leaks, verifies the potential savings identified in the historical water audit and identifies all other opportunities for savings. It is the quality of the engineer that makes the difference here and we have the best in the business.
Surface Water Charges
Typical project work to save water where there maybe high consumption:
Many companies don’t realise they are being over-charged for water services, and in particular surface water drainage, and are eligible to claim savings back from the water companies. We cover the country researching and proving these savings. Many water companies now charge separately for surface water enabling us to easily identify the appropriate costs. Often the surface water element of the bill is the largest cost and deserves a thorough investigation . Each water company have different charging structures, methods of application and amounts or periods they refund against. It is a complex process but one that we are completely comfortable with and thoroughly enjoy.
The savings are achieved by using the latest mapping software to identify sites with potential savings. The sites are then surveyed, drawings are prepared and applications submitted to the water companies to refund the potential overcharges. Additionally our team of Technicians are trained to identify savings whilst visiting site to complete audits etc.
Savings are achieved by identifying and proving that sites are billed incorrectly. In order to do this we ask ourselves the following questions; Does the site drain naturally? Do the water company actually provide the service? Are they correct to charge and is the charge correct? Can we achieve savings at this site?
