Your membership will provide you with cover of up to £500 including VAT per emergency towards the cost of a call out, labour, parts and materials. All work is guaranteed for a period of 12-months.  All for just £149 per year to cover your business with an Insured Commercial Premises Emergency Breakdown policy and ensure your business keeps operating.

What’s covered?

  • Primary heating system - The system has broken down completely 
  • Internal plumbing and drainage - The system has failed or been damaged and as a result, water damage is likely to occur
  • Electricity supply - The system has broken down completely
  • Lost keys - The insured has lost the only available keys and is unable to replace or gain normal access to the premises
  • Security and glazing - External locks or windows have been damaged rendering the property insecure
  • Vermin - Infestation within the property of wasps, bees or mice

The Alternative

Our emergency assistance relieves you of having to deal with problems that may occur at your business property. Without this cover you would have to find tradesman to carry out repairs which could take over two days to arrange, leaving unhappy and unsatisfied customers and perhaps putting your business at risk.

The cover is a flat premium of only £149 per year - bear in mind that if for example your plumbing needed emergency repairs the average call out fee before any work is undertaken is around £100.
