The Catalyst 24/7 solution, is at your service for emergencies and maintenance and is offered as a FREE solution to all of our existing customers.   Offering a pay as you go service providing a nationwide network of expert tradesmen, fully vetted and approved, including; qualified heating engineers, plumbing experts, electricians, general builders and glaziers.

In the case of an emergency or any maintenance repair please contact us on 0845 873 3866 to speak with our Service Centre who will deploy an emergency tradesman to your property. A cost of £136.00 + VAT will be required to be paid by card before we deploy our tradesman; this cost includes 1 hour and 30 minutes labour on site to stabilise or isolate your problem.  The qualified tradesman will attend within our agreed Service Level Agreements or alternatively at a time convenient for you. Should any materials be required or additional time on site, only upon obtaining your agreement to go ahead with this at our agreed rates will these additional works be carried out.

Electricity Meter Location Service

We have frequent request from companies who are unable to locate their electricity meter in the building and in order to locate the actual meter that supplies their part of the building it is necessary to trace the cabling from the location back to the source point. 

Cost of service (24-hour call out):

• First hours labour, 08.00 to 17.00 - £130 plus vat, 17.00 to 08.00 - £175 plus vat. 
• Second and subsequent hour(s), 08.00 to 17.00 - £67 plus vat, 17.00 to 08.00 - £70 plus vat.
