What Is Included in Your Quote

The cost per unit of gas you use, plus the fixed daily cost of your connection. Both matter, neither tells the whole story alone.

Your All-In p/kWh
Total annual cost divided by annual usage. This is the figure that makes two very different-looking offers directly comparable.

Business Gas Quote FAQs
How long does a business gas quote take?
We can usually come back with market rates the same working day, often within a couple of hours, depending on how quickly suppliers respond.
Is the quote free and am I obliged to switch?
Yes it is free, and no there is no obligation. You are free to take the quote and do nothing with it.
What information do you need from me?
Ideally your MPRN, annual usage in kWh and contract end date, but a recent bill covers all three. If you do not have a bill to hand, we can work from your business name and postcode.
How long is a business gas quote valid?
Gas prices move with the wholesale market, so quotes are typically valid for a short window, often the same day or a few days. We will tell you exactly how long you have to accept.
Can I get a quote if I am still in contract?
Yes, and you should. Most business gas contracts let you agree your next deal well ahead of your end date, often up to 12 months. Quoting early protects you from rolling onto out-of-contract rates.
