A client of Catalyst, a dairy, which makes cheese and cheese products, engaged Catalyst to work on their behalf to identify opportunities for energy saving across their manufacturing sites.
A new cool room building was being constructed at the client’s main manufacturing site. This was being built to a high energy efficiency specification, including LED lighting and the installation of a ground source heat pump.
