Dairy - ESOS - Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme

A family run dairy, producing and processing liquid foods requested support from Catalyst in reporting on energy performance across their site and identifying opportunities for energy saving.

Energy data from the client, taken from most recent up to date bills and client datasheets, was provided to Catalyst. This data was then used to undertake analysis on when determining the approach to measuring and reporting energy across the site.
