Cyber Essentials Certified

The Cyber Essentials Certified program is designed to help organizations implement measures to prevent cyber attacks and to reassure their customers that certified companies have effective cyber security measures.

Cyber Essentials Certification means that we have been audited by an independent agency to demonstrate that our organization meets the requirements of the Cyber Essentials program.

And our cyber security measures meet the highest business standards. It is worth mentioning that the certificate was obtained under the new conditions introduced in 2022, which brings all cloud services, the MFA process and many others into the certificate.

Catalyst’s achievement of the Cyber Essentials Certified demonstrates our commitment to reducing the risk from common cyber threats, in line with the UK government’s 10-point approach to cyber security.

Supporting organizations, including the Federation of Small Businesses, the Confederation of British Industry and many insurance companies offer incentives to companies that hold this certificate.

Cyber Essentials sets out the necessary technical measures and the related assurance framework shows how the independent assurance process works for Cyber Essentials certification through an annual external assessment conducted by an accredited assessor.

Cyber Essentials Certified – Cyber attacks come in many shapes and sizes, but the vast majority are very basic in nature, carried out by relatively unskilled individuals. They’re the digital equivalent of a thief trying your front door to see if it’s unlocked.
