BREEAM Assessment
To carry out a BREEAM Assessment of the new building headquarters of a large oil company.
An assessment and report were carried out, detailing the interim design stage performance of the building development as measured against the Building Research Establishment Environmental and Sustainability Standard, BREEAM Retail version 4.0 for New Construction.
