Hospital - Viability Study

The client, a NHS Trust in the Midlands, required condition and specification studies for the replacement, redeployment and tendering of heating, cooling, controls and lighting schemes from three hospital sites.

The client employed more than 5,500 people and had an annual turnover of over £349 million. To be able to support the comfort and well-being of patients and staff there was a need to have confidence on the reliability of the client’s ageing heating and cooling systems whilst managing progress and site changes.
