UK energy prices ended the week lower with stark losses seen in Oil price; Coal and Carbon fell too 2.18% and 1.84% respectively.  Demand from the domestic sector fell 2.76%.  UK gas production rose week-on-week which helped with balancing and to loosen the grid.  Langeled flows fell but are expected higher next week. Some outages of Norwegian gas fields came to an end. LNG deliveries are expected to the UK by the end of the month which paves way for a general bearish sentiment when considering the fundamentals.  By close of play on Thursday (18th July) the October-2019 annual contracts for electricity and gas closed lower -3.46% and -3.94% respectively.
